Q: Do you provide Free Pick-up and Delivery Sercices in my neighborhood?

A: Image Dry Cleaners serves the entire Dallas Metro area.


Q: How often can I get service?

A: We provide route service twice a week to your home or office. Depending on your location, your service days would be Monday, Wednesday and Fridays.


Q: What if I only have cleaning once in a while?

A: Customers wishing to use the route service but do not need service more than once a month can be "On Call". Simply call 214-207-8336 or email imagedrycleanerstx.com when you would like us to pick-up. You would still be assigned a route day based on your location.


Q: What is the turn around time?

A: Turn around time is two working days on dry cleaning & laundry. Household items and drapery. Other items such as alterations, leather and suede clening, rugs and wedding gowns take one-two weeks.


Q: Where do I put my cleaning for pick-up?

A: The route drive will provide you with a welcome kit, which will include a free delivery bag, lint roller, and contact information.


Q: Do I need to be present to get a pick-up or delivery?

A: There is no need to be present for the pick-up and delivery of your orders. The route drive will work with you to determine a designated location for the pick-up and delivery of your orders.


Q: How do I pay for my ordes?

A: Each order will be delivered with a detailed invoice attached to it. We will charge your card on the day we drop off your cleaning. We will forward a statement to you detailing the charges for our records at the end of the month.


Q: What if I have special instructions for an item?

A: If you have special instructions for your order, simply fill our Garment Care form and include it with your order.


Q: What happens if I have a problem with an item?

A: If you are not completely satisfied with the cleaning or pressing of an item, please contact us immediately at 214-207-8336. We will gladly reprocess your garment at no additional charge.
